Act on Impulse (M15-126) is a red sorcery from the Magic 2015 core set. It exiles the top three cards of your library and lets you play those exiled cards until end of turn, with normal cost payment and timing requirements. The card can be used to access extra resources or a land for the turn, but lands can only be played this way if you have not already used your land drop.
