Ratchet Bomb (M14-215) is an artifact from the Magic 2014 core set that enters with no counters and can be tapped to add charge counters. You can tap and sacrifice it to destroy every nonland permanent whose mana value equals the number of charge counters on it, offering a scalable boardwipe or targeted removal. Its incremental charging lets it serve as both a slow answer to many small threats and a one-shot reset against a specific converted mana cost class.
