Ratchet Bomb (PM14-215★) is an artifact promo from Magic 2014 Promos. It can be tapped to put charge counters on itself and later sacrificed to destroy all nonland permanents with mana value equal to the number of counters on it. Players commonly use it as a scalable mass-removal or answer-to-specific-cost threats in decks that can repeatedly charge it or manage timing.
