Ring of Valkas (M13-214) is an uncommon Artifact — Equipment from Magic 2013. It gives the equipped creature haste and grants a +1/+1 counter on that creature at your upkeep if the creature is red. With Equip 1 it functions as a low-cost boost and tempo tool for aggressive red creatures or decks that want immediate attacks.
