Rewind (M13-65) is an uncommon blue instant from the Magic 2013 core set. It counters a target spell and then lets its controller untap up to four lands as it resolves. The untap clause can be used to accelerate mana or recover lands after casting, enabling tempo plays or additional spells that turn.
