Fervor (M13‑129) is a red enchantment from the Magic 2013 core set that costs {2}{R}. It gives all creatures you control haste, allowing them to attack and tap the turn they enter the battlefield. Its ruling notes that if creatures lose haste after attackers are declared (for example if Fervor leaves), they remain in combat.
