Drowned Catacomb (M11-224) is a nonbasic land from Magic 2011 that is part of the blue-black dual land cycle. It enters the battlefield tapped unless you already control an Island or a Swamp, and it can tap to add either U or B. Its conditional untap behavior makes it primarily a fixing land for two-color decks that benefit from having the corresponding basic land types already in play.
