Polymorph (M10-67) is a rare sorcery from the Magic 2010 core set. It destroys a target creature (it can’t be regenerated) and the creature’s controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card, putting that creature onto the battlefield and shuffling the rest back. If no creature card is found the targeted creature is still destroyed and the library is revealed and then shuffled according to the card’s rulings.
