At the beginning of your upkeep you choose one nonland permanent you control and up to two opponents' nonland permanents, then one of the chosen permanents is destroyed at random as the ability resolves. Its 6/4 body and chaotic removal trigger make it a late-game threat that can both protect or punish your board while disrupting opponents.
