Colfenor's Plans (LRW 106) is a black enchantment from Lorwyn that exiles the top seven cards of your library when it enters. It lets you look at those exiled cards and play lands and cast spells from among them while causing you to skip your draw step and limiting you to one spell per turn. The card's play permission to use exiled cards persists only while it remains on the battlefield, and it enforces normal timing and cost rules for those plays.
