Aquitect's Will (LRW 52) is a Kindred Sorcery — Merfolk from the Lorwyn expansion. It puts a flood counter on a land making it an Island while it has that counter and lets you draw a card if you control a Merfolk. The card functions as a one-mana blue utility spell that can change land types and offer card advantage in Merfolk decks.
