Unexpected Assistance (ECL-80) is a common blue Instant from the Lorwyn Eclipsed expansion. It has Convoke and its effect lets you draw three cards then discard a card, enabling card selection while potentially being partly paid for by tapping creatures. Its convoke interaction makes it useful both for digging through your deck and for enabling play in creature-heavy or low-mana situations.
