When it enters the battlefield you have an opponent reveal X cards from their hand equal to the number of Goblins you control, you choose one to exile, and if that card is an instant or sorcery you may cast it while you control Taster of Wares using any type of mana. The card builds synergies with Goblin tribal strategies by scaling the reveal effect with your Goblin count and can provide card advantage or surprise plays by letting you cast an opponent's spell.
