Raiding Schemes (ECL-239) is a rare enchantment from the Lorwyn Eclipsed expansion. It gives each noncreature spell you cast the conspire ability, letting you tap two untapped creatures that share a color with the spell to copy it when you cast it. This enables creature-heavy decks to generate extra value by copying spells without changing their casting costs.
