It lets you pay an additional cost to choose a creature type and behold two creatures of that type, then search your library for a creature card with mana value X or less and either put it into your hand or, if the additional cost was paid and it matches the chosen type, put it directly onto the battlefield. The card supports toolbox strategies by tutoring for creatures while offering a conditional cheat-into-play effect when the behold condition is met.
