Bane of Progress (ECC-99) is a Creature — Elemental printed as card number 99 with artwork by Lars Grant-West. When it enters the battlefield it destroys all artifacts and enchantments and receives a +1/+1 counter for each permanent destroyed this way. It functions as a green answer to artifact- and enchantment-based strategies and can grow very large if multiple permanents are removed.
