Paralyze (LEA-119) is a common Enchantment — Aura originally printed in Limited Edition Alpha. When it enters the battlefield it taps the enchanted creature and prevents it from untapping during its controller's untap step, and that player may pay {4} during their upkeep to untap it. It serves as a cheap control piece to lock down an attacker or blocker and buy time or force unfavorable trades in combat.
