Library of Leng (LEA-257) is an Artifact from Limited Edition Alpha. It sets no maximum hand size for its controller and replaces discard actions by allowing discarded cards to be placed on top of the library instead of going to the graveyard. The replacement applies to forced discards caused by spells or abilities (but not discards made as costs) and still counts for effects that trigger on discards.
