Osai Vultures (LEG 29) is a common white Creature — Bird from the Legends expansion. It has flying and accumulates carrion counters at the end of turns in which a creature died, and you can remove two carrion counters to give it +1/+1 until end of turn. Its role is an incremental threat that grows and buffs itself through battlefield deaths rather than entering the battlefield with counters.
