Glyph of Delusion (LEG 60) is a blue instant from the Legends expansion that interacts specifically with creatures a Wall has blocked. It puts a number of glyph counters equal to the blocked creature’s power on that creature and gives it two effects: it won’t untap during its controller’s untap step while it has a glyph counter, and one glyph counter is removed at each of that controller’s upkeeps. From Legends (1994); a blue instant tied to interactions with Walls and blocked creatures.
