Chains of Mephistopheles (LEG-91) is a black enchantment from the Legends set that replaces many card-draw effects. It makes each non‑normal draw a discard-if-possible then draw replacement or, if the player cannot discard, a mill (put the top card of their library into their graveyard) instead. The card is typically used to disrupt opponents’ draw engines and to enable graveyard-synergy strategies by turning extra draws into graveyard actions.
