Chain Lightning (LEG-137) is a red sorcery from the Legends expansion. It deals 3 damage to any target and then allows the affected player or that permanent's controller to pay RR to copy the spell and choose a new target for the copy. The copy is created on the stack by that player rather than being cast, so casting triggers do not occur but responses to the copy are possible.
