Villainous Wealth (KTK-211 foil) is a rare sorcery from Khans of Tarkir that lets you exile the top X cards of a target opponent's library. As it resolves you may cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among those exiled cards without paying their mana costs, casting them one at a time and following timing and additional-cost rules. Casting those spells uses the standard stack and targeting rules, and any uncast cards remain in exile.
