Secret Plans (KTK-198) is an uncommon enchantment. It grants a +0/+1 bonus to your face-down creatures and triggers a card draw whenever one of your permanents is turned face up. Because the bonus immediately ends when a permanent is revealed, interactions that change toughness on reveal can determine whether already-marked damage destroys the creature.
