Villainous Wealth is a rare sorcery from the Khans of Tarkir Promos (collector number 211) that costs {X}{B}{G}{U}. As it resolves, target opponent exiles the top X cards of their library and you may cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among them without paying their mana costs, following normal timing and additional-cost rules. The casting is done immediately during resolution one spell at a time, letting you choose modes and targets but not pay alternative costs or wait until later in the turn.
