The Wandering Emperor (NEO-316) is a legendary white planeswalker from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. She has flash and allows her loyalty abilities to be activated the turn she enters, including giving a creature +1/+1 and first strike, creating a 2/2 Samurai token with vigilance, or exiling a tapped creature while gaining life. Her flash and versatile removal/token options make her useful both as an instant-speed answer and a value engine in midrange or control decks.
