Its static ability reduces the cost of the first activated ability of an artifact you activate each turn by {2}, and its loyalty abilities let you draw and discard, animate an artifact into a 4/4 creature (or artifact creature for Vehicles), and create an emblem that draws when your artifacts become tapped.
