Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh (NEO-419 etched foil) is a legendary Tezzeret planeswalker from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Its static ability reduces the cost of the first activated ability of an artifact you activate each turn by {2}, and its loyalty abilities let you draw and discard, turn an artifact into a 4/4 artifact creature if it isn’t a Vehicle, and create an emblem that draws whenever an artifact you control becomes tapped. The card supports artifact-centric decks by enabling cheaper artifact activation and providing card advantage and creature utility for artifacts.
