Description

Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh (NEO-304 foil) is a legendary blue planeswalker from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Its static effect reduces the cost of the first activated ability of an artifact you activate each turn and it has loyalty abilities to draw/discard, animate artifacts into creatures, and create an emblem that draws when your artifacts become tapped. The card supports artifact-focused decks by enabling cheaper artifact activations and providing card advantage and board interaction.
