It creates a legendary 3/3 Frog token named Keimi when you cast an enchantment and you don't control one, and that token tax/ drains opponents and gains you life whenever you cast an enchantment. Tatsunari also has a {1}{G/U} activated ability that makes itself and another Frog you control unblockable this turn except by creatures with flying or reach, enabling evasive attacks and synergy with Frog tribal or enchantment-focused decks.
