Soul Transfer (NEO-460) is a rare sorcery from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty expansion. When you cast it you choose one of two modes — exile a target creature or planeswalker, or return a target creature or planeswalker card from your graveyard to your hand — and if you control both an artifact and an enchantment you may choose both. Oracle rulings clarify the artifact and enchantment may be the same permanent and that choosing both still applies even if those permanents change after casting.
