Reckoner Shakedown (NEO 119, foil) is a black sorcery from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It lets you have a target opponent reveal their hand and optionally discard a chosen nonland card, otherwise you put two +1/+1 counters on a creature or Vehicle you control. The split-effect gives either direct hand interaction or incidental battlefield growth depending on opponent's holdings.
