It can pay {2}, tap, and remove a charge counter to draw a card, and when its last counter is removed it creates a Treasure and a 1/1 Pilot token that crews as though it had +2 power in crew calculations. It also has Crew 3 and a 4/4 body when crewed, making it both a mana engine and an evasive value piece for decks that want card draw and temporary token advantage.
