Oni-Cult Anvil (NEO 230) is an uncommon artifact from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It creates a 1/1 colorless Construct token once each turn when one or more of your artifacts leave the battlefield and can be tapped and sacrificed with another artifact to deal one damage to each opponent while gaining you one life. It supports sacrifice- and artifact-token strategies by turning departing artifacts into bodies and converting sacrified artifacts into incremental damage and life.
