Michiko's Reign of Truth // Portrait of Michiko (NEO-29, Uncommon) is a white double-faced Saga that transforms into an enchantment creature from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. As a Saga it gains lore counters and on chapters I–II it grants a creature +1/+1 per artifact and/or enchantment you control, and on III it returns transformed to become the back face. The back face, Portrait of Michiko, is an enchantment creature that gets +1/+1 for each artifact and/or enchantment you control, supporting anthem-style decks that care about enchantment/artifact counts.
