Kaito's Pursuit (NEO-103) is a common black sorcery from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. When it resolves it forces an opponent to lose cards from hand and temporarily grants your Ninjas and Rogues an ability that makes them harder to block. It serves as both hand disruption and a short-term evasion boost, pairing well with aggressive Ninja or Rogue strategies to help small attackers connect.
