He phases out at the end step if he entered that turn and offers a +1 that lets you draw then discard unless you attacked, a −2 that creates a unblockable 1/1 blue Ninja token, and a −7 emblem that tutors blue or black creatures to the battlefield whenever your creature deals combat damage to a player. His phasing interacts with attachments and timing rules, returning with the same loyalty and temporarily removing him from the game state while phased out.
