He phases out at the beginning of your end step if he entered that turn and has loyalty abilities that draw/discard, create an unblockable 1/1 blue Ninja token, and an ultimate emblem that tutors creatures when your creatures deal combat damage. His phasing removes him from the game state temporarily so his static and triggered abilities do not function while phased out, affecting timing and interaction with auras and triggers.
