Kairi, the Swirling Sky (NEO 60 — Foil) is a legendary Dragon Spirit creature from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty expansion. It has flying and ward {3}, and when it dies you choose either to bounce nonland permanents with total mana value 6 or less or mill six and return up to two instants and/or sorceries from your graveyard to your hand. Its 6/6 body and death-trigger offer both board interaction and graveyard recursion potential for blue strategies.
