Description

Kairi, the Swirling Sky (NEO-60) is a Legendary Creature — Dragon Spirit from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It has flying and ward {3}, and when it dies you may either return nonland permanents with total mana value 6 or less to their owners' hands or mill six and return up to two instants and/or sorceries from your graveyard to your hand. Its abilities make it useful both as a flying threat and as a death-trigger that can provide tempo or graveyard recursion.
