Description

Kairi, the Swirling Sky (NEO-446 foil) is a legendary Dragon Spirit creature from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It has flying and ward {3}, and when it dies you choose to either bounce nonland permanents with total mana value 6 or less or mill six and return up to two instants and/or sorceries from your graveyard. Its 6/6 body and modal death trigger make it a late-game threat that also provides value on death for control or graveyard-based decks.
