It forces a targeted opponent to sacrifice a creature, then an enchantment, then a planeswalker, drawing you a card and dealing 2 life loss if a sacrifice can't be made for the creature step. The repeatable sacrifice sequence targets the same opponent for all three checks, and they choose which permanent to sacrifice when able.
