Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos (NEO-454) is a Legendary Creature — Ogre Demon from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It has two activated abilities: {B}, sacrifice a creature to Scry 2, and {2}{R}, {T} to exile the top card of your library allowing you to play it this turn while dealing damage equal to the exiled nonland card's mana value to any target.
