It destroys up to one target artifact, enchantment, or tapped creature and can create a 2/2 white Samurai token with vigilance if you control both an artifact and an enchantment. The token-generation is conditional on your board state, allowing the spell to function as removal alone or as removal plus value when requirements are met.
