Description

The Wandering Emperor (PNEO-42p prerelease stamp) is a legendary white planeswalker from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos set. It has Flash and allows you to activate its loyalty abilities the turn it enters, enabling tempo plays. Its loyalty suite adds a +1/+1 counter and first strike to a creature, creates a 2/2 vigilance Samurai token, and can exile a tapped creature while gaining you life.
