The Kami War // O-Kagachi Made Manifest (PNEO-227s foil) is a mythic rare transforming double-faced Saga enchantment from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos. As a Saga it advances through three chapters to exile or bounce opponents' nonland permanents and then transforms into O-Kagachi Made Manifest, a six-power flying, trampling Dragon Spirit. The back face returns a nonland card from your graveyard to your hand when it attacks and gets a temporary power boost equal to that card's mana value, supporting graveyard recursion and aggressive finishes.
