Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh (PNEO-84p foil) is a legendary planeswalker printed in the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos set. His static ability reduces the first activated ability cost of an artifact you activate each turn by {2}, and his loyalty abilities draw and discard, animate artifacts into creatures, and grant an emblem that draws when artifacts become tapped. He supports artifact-centric blue decks by enabling cheaper artifact activations and providing card advantage and board interaction through animation and an emblem.
