Tatsunari, Toad Rider (PNEO-123p) is a legendary Human Ninja creature from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos set. Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, if you don't control a creature named Keimi you create a legendary 3/3 Frog token that drains opponents for life when you cast enchantments. Tatsunari also has a hybrid activation ({1}{G/U}) that lets it and a Frog you control become unblockable except by creatures with flying or reach, supporting evasive and token-based strategies.
