Soul Transfer (PNEO-122p) is a black sorcery promo from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos set. It lets you choose to either exile a target creature or planeswalker or return one from your graveyard to your hand, and if you control both an artifact and an enchantment as you cast it you may choose both modes. The card's interaction notes clarify that choosing both modes is locked in at cast time and the artifact and enchantment can be the same permanent.
