It can exile a card from a graveyard for {W}, gaining a +1/+1 counter if that card was a permanent, and the equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each counter on the Equipment. It has Reconfigure {2}, letting you attach it to a creature as an equipment (stopping its creature type while attached) or unattach it, enabling either a standalone blocker or an ongoing buff to a creature.
